Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Final sale or clearance items.

Gift cards.

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your request is approved, we'll provide instructions on where to send your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect product was received.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only.

If you'd like a different size or product, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
